Comhaltas Ceoltori Eireann (CCE)
was founded in 1951 in The aims of Comhaltas are achieved
through the activities of these branches. In addition to participation in the
Milford CCE events members receive Treoir Magazine Treoir is the
official publication of Comhaltas. Published quarterly, it is mailed to all
members of CCE at no extra charge. General Meeting Information:
Meetings begin at 7:30 p.m. and are
open to all. There is no charge. Refreshments and live traditional
music in the form of an open session are provided.All step, ceili, and set
dancers are welcome. Although this is not a ceili, dance
is an integral part of Irish culture. At the present time, we have a lack
of people interested in traditional Irish song. All who are interested in this
aspect of our culture are welcome. COME JOIN US FOR AN EVENING OF
“MUSIC AND FELLOWSHIP.” Music Instruction
John is interested in providing
music instruction at no charge to the members of Milford CCE. Any branch member
interested in learning traditional Irish music should contact the branch
