Programs
for Children

Clap, Tap, Rocking in a Lap
♫
Activities
for
1-5 year olds include rhymes, rhythmic play, and small movement. Up to 15 child/caregiver pairs.

Hand Made Music
♫
Participants
6-10 years old will make shakers, then use them for rhythmic play, and singing
games.
Up to 24 children with one mature helper for every 8 children.

Mouth Music
♫
Participants
6-10 years old will engage in vocal and word play, culminating in the creation
of a group song.
Up to 24 children with one mature helper for every 12 children.

and Communal Wellbeing Through Drumming and Chanting
Time-honored
sound making practices will be demonstrated. Participants will enjoy using
voice, hand drums, and varied percussion instruments. These participants will
create amazing group sounds. Movement, space permitting.
